Our Centering Group is amazing. No, really, great people all around. If you don't know what centering is all about, check out this link:
Centering Pregnancy It's an amazing model, and the 16 adults in our group make up a wildly diverse and wonderful mix of people who just happened to be pregnant at the same time and decided to go for group appointments with our midwives. We will all admit that it didn't seem very likely that we were going to become friends while we were pregnant; we just didn't talk very much and we didn't hang out after appointments. But man, after those babies came, we were clinging to each other like we were on a sinking ship! Cause, you know, being a new parent is rough.
Anyway, we started to get together every month and we have continued to do so, and our kids are now 2! We're all going camping next month and we're going to celebrate our kiddos birthdays as a group at the same time and it's going to be crazy awesome!
