Father's Day

Holy moly, it's been bananas around here! I started another part time job almost two weeks ago and am now working full time...still not sure if this is the right move for us or not, but I'll give it some time. I have to say though, trying to cram everything into the evening and weekends sucks...bad...anyway, onto the point of this post!

Today is Father's Day, yay! And our 7 year anniversary! We pretty much celebrated the former and not the latter, maybe next year we'll start celebrating anniversaries again? 

Evey slept in, and by that I mean til 7:30, and Chris slept in too.

Then they woke up and we started off our day opening gifts and cards.

And putting on gifts, and this year's matching father-daughter shirts were super cute!

 

I'm going to do this matchy matchy as long as I'm able, bwah ha ha. We then went to breakfast at Squeeze In, which was scrumptious but kinda took forever.

You can write on the walls and furniture there!

After that we had a lunch time BBQ and invited some friends who were celebrating their first Father's Days. After that we kinda hung around.

And then went to Yogurt Beach!

I think Evey knows what this place is now, we were walking up to it and all of a sudden she started bouncing up and down and making excited noises...maybe we come here too much...

Baby girl definitely had too much yogurt,it took forever for her to fall asleep tonight!

And here's a flashback to last year's Father's Day. Happy Dad's day to Chris , my dad, and my dad-in-law: thanks for being awesome dads, I love you all!
